focus on writing!
I've started a biking blog, We May Bike. I feel like I set up a good system (blog style, social media, analytics process). I've written six posts so far which is great.
The main thing is that I tend to just browse twitter, read about blogging, and look at my blog stats instead of writing about bicycling. It's the main thing.
I've resolved to make Hootsuite completely off limits until I've written 10 posts.
